Simply create a new file on the desktop I create a text file and name that file whatever the workstation or server is named.

If you get lost as to what machine you are on, you can easily tell by looking at the name of that file. This may not be an elegant solution but it works well for certain situations. Currently if it's a file descrepency we've manually looked at each server to find the odd one. If we're troubleshooting a slow connection, we've added a file to one server at a time before they replicate, to see if it shows up on the clients machine. There has to be an easier way to see which server the client is connected to.
